These terms govern the text messages sent by ysa-lds, llc through the Ward Management System (“WMS”) appointment-booking feature. By providing consent when booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
When a member books an appointment with their bishopric through their ward’s website, and the ward has the member’s mobile number on file, we send transactional text messages related to that appointment. This is not a marketing program.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — you generally receive messages only when you book an appointment and shortly before it.
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will stop sending you text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
